Embroidery Services

Minimum Order Requirement

All embroidery orders require a minimum of 60 pieces. This ensures consistent quality and efficient production for bulk customization.

Artwork Setup Fee

A one-time $65 setup fee applies per order. This fee includes professional digitizing of your logo and the creation of a sample proof for approval. Please allow 1–2 business days for this process.

Logo File Requirements

To ensure the highest embroidery quality, please submit your logo in one of the following formats:

  • JPG
  • BMP
  • TIFF

Maximum file size: 1MB For best results, we recommend submitting a high-resolution image with clear details.

Production & Turnaround Time

Embroidery orders typically require 14–18 business days for completion. Please note that turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and production capacity.

Once embroidery is completed, each item is carefully trimmed, inspected, and packed to meet our quality standards before shipment.

Shipping

All embroidery orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor delivery in real time.

We understand the importance of timely delivery and are committed to completing your order as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.

How to Request Embroidery

  1. Browse eligible products for embroidery
  2. Add a minimum of 60 items (any mix of styles, sizes, and colors)
  3. Select the “Add Embroidery” option before checkout
  4. Proceed to checkout and complete your order — you will receive an email confirmation with your order number

After your order is submitted, our team will forward your logo to our embroidery department for digitizing. Once the sample is prepared, a digital embroidery proof will be sent to you for review and approval before production begins.

No production will begin until your logo has been reviewed and approved by you, ensuring accuracy and complete satisfaction.
